சாலையோர வியாபாரம் முறைப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் வாழ்வாதாரப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டத்தின் கீழ், ஒவ்வொரு நகர்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சிகளிலும் சாலையோர வியாபாரத்திற்கான சிறப்பு மண்டலங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும். அவர்களுக்கு முதலீட்டுக் கடனாக 50 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் வரை வட்டியிலாமல் கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகள் மூலம் வழங்கப்படும். மாற்று இடம் உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட பின்னரே சாலையோர வியாபாரிகள் இடம் மாற்றம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

Under the Street Vendors Regulation and Livelihood Protection Act, special zones will be established for street vendors in every urban local body. They will be provided interest-free investment loans up to Rs. 50,000 through cooperative banks. Street vendors will only be relocated after an alternative site is confirmed.
