தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 39 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட நீர்ப்பாசனத் தொட்டிகள் முறையான பராமரிப்பின்றி மோசமான நிலையில் இருக்கின்றன. இவை அனைத்தும் நீராளித் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் சீரமைக்கப்படும். இதன்மூலம், 5 லட்சம் புதிய விவசாயக் குளங்கள் அமைக்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

Over 39,000 poorly maintained irrigation tanks across Tamil Nadu will be renovated under the "Neerali Thittam". Additionally, 5 lakh new agricultural ponds will be created.
