ஆசிரியர், செவிலியர் உள்ளிட்ட அரசுப் பணிகளில் ஒப்பந்த அடிப்படையில் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்ட தற்காலிகப் பணியாளர்கள் 5 வருடப் பணி அனுபவம் பெற்றதும், அவர்கள் நிரந்தரப் பணியாளர்களாக நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவார்கள்.
