காவலர் நலம் மற்றும் வேலை சீர்திருத்தச் சட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டு சுழற்சி முறையில் வார விடுமுறை அளிக்கப்படும். காவலர் சாலைப்படி 500 ரூபாயில் இருந்து 1000 ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தப்படும். மதுரை, கோவை, திருச்சி, திருநெல்வேலி, சேலம், வேலூர் உள்ளிட்ட மாவட்டங்களில் காவலர் நல மருத்துவமனை அமைக்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

A Police Welfare and Work Reform Act will be introduced, providing weekly holidays on a rotational basis. Police road allowance will be increased from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000. Police welfare hospitals will be established in districts including Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Salem, and Vellore.
