அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்படும் 10% நிதியை எந்தெந்த திட்டங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதை மக்கள் முடிவு செய்வார்கள். நிதிநிலை அறிக்கையின்போது 'பங்களிப்பு பட்ஜெட்' என்று இது தனியாக வகைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு திட்டங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் பெண்கள், இளைஞர்கள், பட்டியலின மற்றும் பழங்குடியின மக்கள், துறைசார் வல்லுநர்கள் ஆகியோர் அடங்கிய 10 பேர் கொண்ட குழு உருவாக்கப்படும். மாவட்ட செலவினத்தைக் கண்காணித்து மதிப்பீடுவது, மக்கள் கோரிக்கைகளை அரசுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்வது இவர்கள் பணியாகும்.
Manifesto Summary (English)
Citizens in all districts will decide how 10% of development funds are allocated to projects they desire. This will be implemented as a 'Participatory Budget' during financial statements. A 10-member committee, including women, youth, SC/ST, and experts, will be formed in each district to monitor expenditure and convey public demands to the government.
