திருப்பத்தூர்-வேலூர்-ராணிப்பேட்டை மாவட்டங்களில் தோல் பதனிடும் தொழிலை ஐரோப்பிய நாடுகளுக்கு இணையான தரத்துடன் செய்வதற்கு 500 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு தோல் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் திறன் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு, சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும். தோல் பொருட்களுக்கு ISO/BRC சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

Allocate 500 crore rupees to develop the leather tanning industry in Tirupattur, Vellore, and Ranipet districts to European standards. Provide skill training and certification to leather workers, and ensure ISO/BRC certification for leather products.
