தமிழகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள அனைத்து அரசு மாவட்டத் தலைமை மருத்துவமனைகள் மற்றும் அரசு மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளில் இலவச ஊசிப்பு (IVF - செயற்கை கருத்தரிப்பு) மையங்கள் நிறுவப்படும். இதன் மூலம் ஊசிப்பு தொடர்பான அனைத்து சிகிச்சைகளும் கட்டணமில்லாமல் இலவசமாக வழங்கப்படும்.
Manifesto Summary (English)
The Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam government will establish free IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) centers in all government district head hospitals and government medical colleges across Tamil Nadu, providing all related treatments free of cost to childless couples.
