திருக்குறளை ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரது வாழ்வின் ஒரு செயற்பாட்டு அங்கமாக மாற்றும் நோக்கில் ஒரு சிறப்பு திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும். 300 குறள்களை முழுமையாகக் கற்றுத் தேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்குப் பணப் பரிசுகள் மற்றும் கல்வி உதவித்தொகைகள் வழங்கப்படும்; 1,330 குறள்களையும் முழுமையாகக் கற்றவர்களுக்கு உலகளாவிய கலாசார அனுபவம், மாநில அளவிலான அங்கீகாரம் மற்றும் நீண்டகால கல்வி ஆதரவு வழங்கப்படும். மேலும், தமிழ்ப் பாரம்பரியத்தில் வேரூன்றிய மதிப்புகளைக் கொண்ட தலைமைத்துவத்தை உருவாக்கும் வகையில், பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் வணிகக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் திருக்குறள் ஒரு சிறப்பு பாடமாக அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

A special scheme will be introduced to make Thirukkural an integral part of every student's life. Students mastering 300 Kurals will receive cash prizes and scholarships, while those mastering all 1330 Kurals will gain global cultural experience, state recognition, and long-term educational support. Thirukkural will also be introduced as a special subject in schools and business education institutions to foster leadership rooted in Tamil tradition.
