காவலர்களின் அடிப்படை மாத ஊதியம் தற்போதுள்ள ரூ.18,200-லிருந்து ரூ.25,000-ஆக உயர்த்தப்படும். மேலும், அதிக பணிச்சுமை உள்ள பிரிவுகளில் பணியாற்றும் காவலர்களுக்கு மாதந்தோறும் கூடுதல் ஊக்கத்தொகையாக (Duty Allowance) ₹1,000 வழங்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

The basic monthly salary of police personnel will be increased from the current Rs. 18,200 to Rs. 25,000. Additionally, police personnel working in high-workload divisions will receive an additional monthly incentive (Duty Allowance) of ₹1,000.
