அரசு தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரிகள் இல்லாத மாவட்டங்களில் புதிதாக ஐந்து பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகளும் மூன்று மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளும் தொடங்கப்படும். மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகளுக்கான அனுமதி வழங்குமாறு ஒன்றிய அரசை வலியுறுத்தும் முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். முப்பது அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகள் தன்னாட்சிக் கல்லூரிகளாக தரம் உயர்த்தப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

Five new engineering colleges and three new medical colleges will be established in districts currently lacking government technical colleges. Efforts will be made to urge the central government to grant permission for these medical colleges. Additionally, thirty government arts and science colleges will be upgraded to autonomous status.
