தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டு, தற்காலிகமாகப் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களில் 5 வருடங்களை நிறைவு செய்திருப்பவர்கள், நிரந்தர ஆசிரியர்களாக மாற்றப்படுவார்கள். அதுபோல், தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களாக அவர்கள் பணியாற்றும் காலத்தில், நிரந்தர ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இணையாக தற்காலிக ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் "சம வேலைக்கு சம ஊதியம்" பெறுவது உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

A Tamil Nadu Teacher Protection Act will be introduced. Temporary teachers who have completed 5 years of service will be made permanent. Additionally, temporary teachers will receive "equal pay for equal work" on par with permanent teachers for the duration of their temporary service.
