திருநர் நலன் காக்கும் விதமாக கீழ்க்கண்ட திட்டங்கள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும். தொகுப்பூதியம் 3000 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும். திருநர்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பை பெறும் வகையில் திறன் மேம்பாட்டுப் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். சுய உதவிக் குழுக்கள் அமைக்கவும், சுய வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் உதவி செய்யப்படும்.
