அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பயின்று பின்னர் அரசுக் கல்லூரிகளில் இணைந்து பயிலும் ஆதிதிராவிடர், பழங்குடியினத்தைச் சேர்ந்த முதல் தலைமுறை மாணவர்களுக்கும் பொருளாதாரத்தில் பின் தங்கிய குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த முதல் தலைமுறை மாணவர்களுக்கும் கல்லூரிக் கட்டணம் முற்றிலுமாக ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

College fees will be completely waived for first-generation students from Adi Dravidar, Scheduled Tribe, and economically backward families who studied in government schools and subsequently join government colleges.
