ஆவின் மூலம் நம் நாட்டுப் பசுக்களில் இருந்து மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும் A2 ரக பால் உற்பத்தியைப் பெருக்குவதற்கும், அதில் இருந்து தயாரிக்கப்படும் நெய், பாலடைக் கட்டி, ஐஸ் கிரீம் போன்ற உணவுப் பொருட்களின் உற்பத்தியைப் பெருக்கவும், அவற்றைத் தரமான முறையில் சந்தைப்படுத்தவும் நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.

Measures will be taken through Aavin to increase the production of A2 milk from indigenous cows and to boost the production and quality marketing of derived food products like ghee, paneer, and ice cream.
