விவசாயிகளுக்குப் பயன்படும் வகையில், தமிழகம் முழுவதும் கூடுதல் வேளாண்-வானிலை அறிவியல் மையங்கள் (Agro-meteorological) அமைக்கப்படும். இதன்மூலம், மழைக்காலங்களில் பாதிக்கப்படும் பயிர்களின் இழப்பு துல்லியமாக கணக்கிடப்படும். அதன் அடிப்படையில் விவசாயிகளுக்கு இழப்பீடு விரைவாக வழங்கப்படும். வேளாண்மை நடைபெறும் நிலம் 100 சதவீதமும் பயிர்க் காப்பீட்டில் கொண்டுவரப்படும்.

More agro-meteorological centers will be established across Tamil Nadu to accurately assess crop damage during rainy seasons and provide quick compensation. All agricultural land will be brought under 100% crop insurance.
