தமிழ் பண்பாடு மற்றும் கலாசாரத்தை பிரதிபலிக்கும் வகையில் உள்ள செட்டிநாடு வீடுகள், நீலகிரி பங்களாக்கள் உள்ளிட்டவற்றைத் தங்கும் விடுதிகளாக மாற்றும் தனியார் உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு வரிச்சலுகை வழங்கப்படும். மேலும், அந்தக் பாரம்பரியக் கட்டிடங்களை மறு சீரமைப்பு செய்வதற்கு, ஆகும் செலவில் 50 சதவிகிதம் ஊக்கத் தொகை அரசு சார்பில் வழங்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

The TVK will provide tax incentives to private owners who convert traditional Chettinad houses, Nilgiris bungalows, and similar properties into cultural resorts reflecting Tamil culture and heritage. Additionally, 50% of the renovation costs for these traditional buildings will be provided as a government subsidy.
