இந்திய - இலங்கை அரசுகளுக்கிடையே செய்யப்பட்ட கச்சத்தீவு ஒப்பந்தத்தின்படி, மன்னார் வளைகுடாவில் இந்திய - தமிழக மீனவர்களின் பாரம்பரிய மீன்பிடி உரிமையை மீட்கவும், தக்க வைக்கவும் உரிய நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்க ஒன்றிய அரசுக்கு த.வெ.க சார்பில் உண்மையானவும் உணர்வுப்பூர்வமானவும் அழுத்தம் தரப்படும். இலங்கை கடற்படையால் தமிழக மீனவர்கள் கைது செய்யப்படுவதை முற்றிலுமாகத் தடுக்க ஒன்றிய அரசிடம் உரிய அழுத்தத்துடன் வலியுறுத்தப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

The TVK will pressure the Union government to retrieve Katchatheevu as per the India-Sri Lanka agreement, restore traditional fishing rights for Indian-Tamil Nadu fishermen in the Gulf of Mannar, and prevent their arrest by the Sri Lankan navy.
