திமுக அரசால் விதிக்கப்பட்ட கடுமையான சொத்து வரி உயர்வைக் குறைக்கும் வகையில், புதிய மற்றும் நியாயமான சொத்து வரி கட்டமைப்பை தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு அறிமுகப்படுத்தும். இது குடியிருப்பு உரிமையாளர்களின் வரிச் சுமையைக் குறைப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

The Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) government will introduce a new and fair property tax structure to reduce the burden of the severe property tax hikes imposed by the DMK state government, with the aim of reducing the overall tax burden on residential property owners.
