பன்னாட்டு நிறுவனங்களின் வெளிநாட்டு முதலீடுகள் தமிழகத்திற்கு அதிகளவில் வருவதை உறுதி செய்யும் விதமாக, தமிழ்நாடு முதலீட்டாளர் ஊக்குவிப்பு ஆணையம் தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் தலைமைச் செயலாளரின் கீழ் உருவாக்கப்படும். தொழிற்துறை செயலாளர் இந்த ஆணையத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளராகச் செயல்படுவார். இந்த ஆணையத்தின் வழியே 200 கோடி ரூபாய்க்கும் அதிகமாக முதலீடு செய்யும் நிறுவனங்கள் அல்லது 5 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு வழங்கும் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு 15 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் உரிமம் வழங்கப்படும்.

Manifesto Summary (English)

A Tamil Nadu Investor Promotion Commission will be established under the Chief Secretary, with the Industries Secretary as coordinator, to ensure significant foreign investment flows into Tamil Nadu. Through this commission, companies investing over Rs. 200 crore or providing employment to over 5000 people will receive licenses within 15 working days.
