Manifesto Summary (English)

Prioritizing the well-being of women, families, and households, the TVK government will adopt a consistent and phased approach to reduce alcohol consumption. This includes controlled reduction of alcohol availability, robust addiction recovery programs, and awareness campaigns led by women's self-help groups to mitigate the social and financial burdens caused by alcohol. Specifically, TASMAC shops located near schools and temples will be immediately closed or relocated to ensure a safe environment.
